What kind of sticker paper do you use?

I use premium white waterproof sticker paper. It is very smooth to the touch. It has a stronger adhesive than regular stickers and better suited for placing on the outside or inside your planner/journals, as decoration on an envelope, or as embellishments on anything that may come into contact with moisture. They are not repositionable. Not recommended for items that need to be regularly washed.

Are your die-cut stickers dishwasher safe?

In general vinyl and laminated stickers are not dishwasher safe. They may peel off over time. It's recommended that you hand wash any items that has my stickers.

Do the art prints come with frames, or are they sold unframed?

Art prints are unframed. It also does not include a mat.

Can I request custom designs or personalized messages for the greeting cards?

Currently I am not offering customization services for greeting cards. I do plan on adding that as a service. So please check back!

What does made-to-order mean? 

Made-to-order means that I do not have a large inventory on site, so your order will be fulfilled when it is placed. I fulfill orders generally on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday in the order that they're received

What is merch and why is it sold on a different website? 

Merch is short for merchandise and it refers to any type of goods that are sold with my design or branding. For me, merch includes items that I cannot physically produce in my studio. This includes apparel, mugs, tote bags, etc. I am selling merch through Bonfire.com because they actually started as a print-on-demand platform to help communities fundraise. I love that this is still a big part of their mission and that's part of the reason why I chose them to sell merch. In 2024, I do plan on running a few fundraising campaigns for causes that are personal to me. And I'm proud to be able to partner with Bonfire to do so.   

What is the estimated delivery time for my location?

Within the US your order will arrive in 5-7 business days AFTER your order has been fulfilled. Please note that your order can take 1-3 business days to fulfill.

Outside the US, your order may arrive in 2-3 weeks AFTER your order has been fulfilled.

Do you include tracking for orders?

Single greeting cards and stickers (order quantity up to 5) are mailed in a 5x7 envelope with a chipboard backing. This is sent through USPS first-class mail and will not include a tracking number.

Orders that include more than one greeting card or 6+ stickers will be shipped in a rigid mailing envelope and will be sent through USPS priority mail and will include a tracking number.

Art prints and notepads and other bulkier items are always shipped with a tracking number.

Do you offer international shipping?

How do I receive digital downloads?

You receive digital downloads in two convenient different ways:

1. After you check out, the same page will prepare your downloads and provide a link to download.

2. You will receive an email with the download link.

How do I access online courses?

Once you purchase a course, you will be given access to the course. Remember you need to create an account to access your course. You can access it on the purchase page after purchase is successful. You will also receive an email with the link to access. You can login to your account anytime to access your course.

What if I'm not happy with my purchase?

We're sorry to hear that you're not happy with your purchase. You can return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. No refunds for digital items.
